Do our people need to install anything?
No. Most already have Telegram on their phone; they open the personal link your admin sends them and start sending receipts. Everything else is in the browser.
What about someone who doesn't use Telegram?
They can file and approve on the web with a password, and add an authenticator app if they like. Telegram is simply the quickest way to send a photo the moment you pay.
Which languages and currencies does it handle?
Receipts in any language and script, in any currency. The bot speaks 13 languages, and your accounting can add more. Amounts are converted to your reporting currency at the rate of the expense date.
Can it follow how our office approves expenses?
Yes. You put each person under their approver on a board: a manager, then the general manager, then accounting, or straight to accounting. The number of approvals follows from it, and managers can approve from Telegram.
What does accounting get at the end of the month?
Excel files, a PDF pack with every receipt attached, and journal files in five formats for your accounting system, with the taxes you can recover worked out per country.
Is our data safe?
Each company's data is kept apart and travels over HTTPS. Every change is recorded, backups run automatically, and when our support team looks into your company, the visit shows in your History. The AI that reads receipts doesn't use them to train. The details are in our privacy policy.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing stops by itself. We tell your admins at least 3 days before Slopchest would become read-only, so there's time to decide. Read-only still lets you see and export everything.
Can we take our data with us if we leave?
Yes, at any time: Excel, PDF packs with the receipts, journal files and full backups. When you leave, ask us and we delete your company's data.
The next receipt could be the first one filed.
